• Designed and implemented operational processes and shadow accounting for a Liechtenstein based multi manager fund in blockchain investments.

• Independent risk management and risk review for three crypto funds.

• PPM review and structuring, Risk & Compliance framework advice, structuring and processes set up for a crypto asset index fund. 

• Project on structuring, technical indicators, Risk & Compliance framework and operational risks for an active Crypto futures trading fund.

• Independent Board member on two ILS Hedge Funds representing Swiss Pension Fund investors.

• Family office project to structure a "regulatory light" participating structure to provide access to "club deals" to other investors.

• Set up of a KRI “Key risk Indicator” processes and rating system process for a 5bn Swiss Asset Manager.

• Set up of operational processes (OTC Swap reconciliation, FX hedging, etc) for a UCITS “enhanced index” Commodity Fund (processes rated excellent during a DD of Cambridge Associates )

• Developed and implemented a solution to efficiently deal with illiquid or impaired assets for the Vontobel Group.

• Review of Investment Guideline monitoring processes for the Vontobel Group, advice on the set up of an enhanced “Pre-trade “ Compliance process.

• Structuring of Operational Risk- and Risk Due Diligence processes and manuals for the Asset management division of Vontobel Group.

• Legal ,Operational and Risk set up of a multi- Hedge Fund Managed account platform including novation/consolidation into a larger international platform after years of successful operation.

• Advice on structuring a dedicated FoHF platform for a large Zürich Pension fund with the focus on efficient Management, Governance and expenses. 

• Set up of a SRI (“Socially Responsible Investing”) investment compliance monitoring for a SRI mandated FoHF (look through basis).
